FILING A GRIEVANCE

WNH strives to provide the best in patient care and customer service. However, we may occaisionally fall short of this goal. We want to hear about your concerns, and as a patient or visitor, you have a right to file a formal grievance with the organization.

Procedure
You may file a grievance in person, over the telephone, by mail or email. We will take the information you provide and investigate based on our written policy. A staff member may contact you for more information, so be sure to leave a telephone number and mailing address. For information on how to contact us click here.

Response
A response will generally be provided to you in seven days or less depending on the situation. Final responses will be in writing unless you feel this is not necessary.

Other Options
We will do our best to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction. However, occaisionally a customer wil disagree with a part or all of the findings. You also have the right to file a grievance with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The phone number for the Kansas representative is 800-842-0078.
